Context: Since FirstTouch’s founding in 2016, we’ve had a clear vision: to put African soccer, particularly Cameroon, on the global map by investing in the development of young talent.

Strategy: Create a talent development program that gives young players the opportunity to develop not just as athletes but students as well.

THE WORK: FT’s journey to Cameroon marks a pivotal moment in our mission to help develop and elevate the student athletes of the future. For a week we hosted training sessions and mentorship conversations with 40+ players aging with 9-22 years old.
